MS-92-175 OF SUE LINDLY (C/O <br /> SCHACK & COMPANY) , SUBJECT TO THE REVISED PUBLIC WORKS CONDITIONS <br /> OF APPROVAL, AS STATED ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT <br /> WHEREAS, on February 10, 1998, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that, based on the Findings contained in the Staff Report, the <br /> Revision of' Approved Actions Application for Minor Subdivision <br /> Application No. MS-92-175 be, and it hereby is, approved, subject <br /> to the revised Public Works Conditions of Approval, as stated on <br /> the attached exhibit. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day February 1998, by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES : SIM-AS, CABRAL, MARENCO, GUTIERREZ, BARBER <br /> NOES : NONE <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> GEORGE L_ SARASE7,R <br /> GEORGE L.
