Linne Road, Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title must be performed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map to <br /> indicate that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> ?. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 3. Construct individual sewage disposal systems on Parcels 2, 3, and 4 under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> 4. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 5. The individual domestic water wells shall be tested for chloroform prior to final <br /> inspection of the newly constructed residences and annually thereafter by the property <br /> owner. A deed restriction shall be recorded as notice that the wells shall be tested <br /> annually, until the lots are connected to a public water system and that the samples <br /> shall be collected and analyzed by a State approved laboratory. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
