Linne Rd., Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or <br /> current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, <br /> including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage <br /> tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of $260 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department received a surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report (Service Request #SR0073956) on December 15, 2015, that has not been <br /> approved. Prior to recordation of Parcel Map, the report must be reviewed and found acceptable <br /> by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of $260 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$130 per percolation hole is required. <br />
