(Wright) has prepared this letter report of our site <br /> reconnaissance regarding the potential for possible surface and/or subsurface <br /> contaminants at the above referenced site. The purpose of this report is to assess, to a <br /> preliminary degree, possible sources and presence of possible contaminant sources as <br /> inferred from surface indications, which may have affected the property. Each item is <br /> discussed in the paragraphs below with a brief discussion of the item. This information <br /> should fulfill the requirements of a surface and subsurface contamination report as <br /> required by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. Please note that this <br /> report contains a site surface reconnaissance with research,but is not an ASTM guidance- <br /> type"Phase I Preliminary Environmental Site Assessment." <br /> Property Description and Location: The Ramesh Bida property is located at the <br /> northwest intersection of Linne Road and Chrisman Road in San Joaquin County (see <br /> Location Map). The property owners have indicated to Wright that they may wish to <br /> create two (2) parcels, Parcels I and 2 to contain 2.26 acres each out of a larger single <br /> parcel totaling 4.523 acres;all as shown on the attached"Parcel Map". <br /> Possible Future Land Use: The planned development on the subject property is to sell <br /> the property as is for future land development, most likely will be used as land for homes <br /> to be built upon. <br /> Property Site Description: The subject property is located on the north side of the <br /> roadway of West Linne Road between McArthur Road and Chrisman Road in San <br /> Joaquin County. <br /> There was no evidence of property development (either demolished or standing) located <br /> on the subject property at this time. Most of the property is bare with some natural <br /> grasses and£oxtails growing on it. The property contains two(2)access roads,presently. <br /> ^ One located on the Southeast comer of the lot and the other located in the middle of the <br /> t property.
