/ 3. REVISION OF APPROVED ACTIONS FOR SITE APPROVAL <br /> APPLICATION NO. PA-0500468 OF WILLIAM AND STEPHANIE <br /> PRIOSTE (C/O WINDMILL RIDGE WINERY) to revise Condition of <br /> Approval 1.c. for a small winery to add thirty-six (36) marketing events per <br /> year with a maximum attendance of 100 people per marketing event. <br /> The previously approved Site Approval application was for the construction <br /> 9 i of a 3,300 square foot winery and tasting room building with no marketing <br /> events. The project site is located on the south side of Linne Road, 575 <br /> feet west of Depot Master Drive, southeast of Tracy(Supervisorial District <br /> 5). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared <br /> indicating the project will not have a significant impact on the environment, <br /> and a Negative Declaration has been prepared for the project. <br /> 4. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. PA-1200200 OF M2 WINERY <br /> (C/O DELTA BUILDINGS, INC.) for a small winery with a maximum <br /> production capacity of 36,000 gallons of wine per year to be built in three <br /> phases over a ten year period with thirty marketing events per year with a <br /> n/ f[fi maximum attendance of 150 people per marketing event. Phase One, <br /> building permits to be issued within eighteen months from the effective <br /> date of approval, includes the construction of an 800 square foot crush <br /> pad and a 9,550 square foot multipurpose winery building to include a <br /> tasting room, office, lab, case, tank and barrel storage. Phase Two, <br /> building permits to be issued within five years from the effective date of <br /> approval, includes the construction of a 7,500 square foot production <br /> building. Phase Three, building permits to be issued within ten years <br /> from the effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 7,500 <br /> square foot production building. The project site is located on the south <br /> side of Peltier Road, 3,470 feet east of Lower Sacramento Road, <br /> Acampo (Supervisorial District 4). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared <br /> indicating the project will not have a significant impact on the environment, <br /> and a Negative Declaration has been prepared for the project. <br /> • The Public is welcome to address the Planning Commission on items of interest to the <br /> public that are NOT listed on the Agenda.
