REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-52 <br /> Triple E Packing <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions for Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-52 was app ved <br /> ro <br /> by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on February 4, 199 which is <br /> the new effective date of approval; <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on June 30, 1998, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed <br /> with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Chandler Martin, 468-3144) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br /> the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. ACCESS: The southern property shall retain access to Linne Road via a 25-foot-wide <br /> easement for access along the east side of the northern property. The easement for access <br /> shall be included in the property descriptions for the Certificate of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> DEMOLITION PERMIT: Buildings within the 25-foot-wide flag strip shall be removed prior to <br /> recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. A Demolition Permit will be required. <br /> d. EXPIRATION DATE: Because a building has been built over the old lot line, the approval of <br /> this Lot Line Adjustment shall expire on June 30, 1998. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (See the attached memo dated September 17, 1997.) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (See the attached memo dated September 22, 1997.) <br />
