CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-52 <br /> Triple E Packing <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-52 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 6, 1997, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless.otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on January 5, 1998, which is three months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact Staff Chandler Martin,468-3144) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded <br /> pdor to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands <br /> to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to <br /> the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped <br /> and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section <br /> 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. 'ACCESS: The southem properly shall retain'access to Linne Road via a 25-foot wide fee <br /> strip along the east side of the northern property, <br /> C. DEMOLITION PERMIT: Buildings within the 25-foot-wide flag stirip shall be removed prior to <br /> recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. A Demolition Permit will be required. <br /> d. EXPIRATION DATE: Because a building has been built over the old lot line, the approval of <br /> this Lot Line Adjustment shall expire on January 5, 1998,which is three months from the date <br /> of the approval letter. <br /> 2.
