I� <br /> November 3, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05123A <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found during file review at EHD on September 29,2005. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> Fil In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a recent aerial photograph available from Googlemaps.com. We counted the building clusters within <br /> one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic <br /> system.
