The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of deed or <br /> record of survey (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review <br /> fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> • County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health.Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department with a revised site plan <br /> demonstrating that the proposed Parcel #1 can provide the required septic system and <br /> the 50% replacement area in accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage <br /> Standards. In addition, applicant shall demonstrate the 50% sewage replacement area <br /> for Parcel 42 that cannot be located in the proposed road easement area. <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> {� Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) by installing a <br /> /✓�'(/� cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently and the <br /> integrity of well grout. <br />
