The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin • County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health.Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). NOTE: Applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department with a revised site plan demonstrating that the proposed Parcel #1 can provide the required septic system and the 50% replacement area in accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. In addition, applicant shall demonstrate the 50% sewage replacement area for Parcel 42 that cannot be located in the proposed road easement area. C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health {� Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) by installing a /✓�'(/� cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently and the integrity of well grout.
