CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-99-43 <br /> Zelter <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-99-43 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on September 14, 1999,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> i This approval will expire on March 15, 2001,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment's hall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2.
