INFORMATION SHEET <br /> KELLOGG SUPPLY,INC., DBA CASCADE FOREST PRODUCTS <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Kellogg Supply, Inc., DBA Cascade Forest Products is constructing a soil amendment processing <br /> facility to stockpile, mix, cure,package and warehouse soil amendment products primarily for <br /> residential use. No wastewater is generated in the business activities,however, stormwater <br /> which falls on stockpiled raw materials, including fertilizer amendments, will generate "contact <br /> water." Contact water will be stored in a separate storage pond constructed with a low <br /> permeability bottom. Stormwater that does not fall on the raw materials will be piped to a " <br /> second stormwater pond. All raw (unpackaged) materials will be stored within a bermed and <br /> sloped storage area. Groundwater exists at approximately 110 feet bgs. <br /> This Order requires the Discharger to perform monitoring of the contact water pond, stormwater <br /> pond, and groundwater.
