Approve.( the Use Permit Application UP-00-5 with the Findings and Conditions of Approval <br /> contained in the staff report. <br /> Findings <br /> 1. The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General Plan, any <br /> applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan <br /> adopted by the County. <br /> This finding can be made because the soil amendment facility may be conditionally <br /> permitted in the Limited Industrial zone with an approved Use Permit application. <br /> er <br /> 2. Adequate <br /> facilities have hav 'beenrimprovement, <br /> provided, and the proposed improvements are supply, <br /> propertydrainage, <br /> re related and <br /> toother <br /> theexisting and <br /> proposed roadway. <br /> • This finding can be made because all necessary utilities, including water, drainage, <br /> sanitation, and roadway improvements, are Conditions of Approval and shall be in place <br /> priorto the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the facility. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development. <br /> This finding can be made because there is sufficient area within existing buildings, outside <br /> operations areas, parking facilities, circulation, and storage areas on the site to meet the <br /> requirements of the Conditions of Approval and comply with County standards. <br /> 4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to public health, safety, or welfare or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvement of adjacent properties. <br /> • This finding can be made because an Initial Study prepared for this project found no <br /> potentially significant environmental impacts. <br /> 5.
