This must be done under <br /> supervision of the Environmental Health Division. The work plan for seepage pit destruction must <br /> include confirmation sampling. <br /> NOTE: Under current regulations, the proposed composting site will not require a Solid Waste Permit <br /> from this Division. However, the State of California Integrated Waste Management Board is currently <br /> drafting regulations that may require permitting or notification from this Division or the State of California <br /> for this activity. <br /> 4. If the business will handle or store hazardous materials such as gasoline, propane, etc., at <br /> threshold reporting quantities(55 gallons liquid, 500 pounds solid, and 200 cubic feet gas), then the <br /> business will be required to complete and submit a Hazardous Materials Management Plan <br /> (HMMP) to this office.
