A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance <br /> with applicable codes and ordinances. <br /> • Fire Extinguishers: Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with <br /> California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of Volume 2. <br /> Planning Commission <br /> Should the applicant choose to proceed with the eating establishment portion of the <br /> project, the Community Development Department will schedule Site Approval application <br /> PA-03-04 for a Planning Commission hearing. <br /> Revised Site Plan <br /> Due to the parcels limited area for improvements, the conditions discussed in this memo <br /> need to be shown on a revised Site Plan prior to approval.
