e. A copy of the Final Site Pian shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> f. The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot high chain link fence or <br /> equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall <br /> be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release of <br /> building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1-135) <br /> g. The proposed project disturbs less than one (1) acre of ground and is not part of-a larger plan of <br /> common development.The construction phase of the proposed project shall follow best management <br /> practices as may be appropriate to minimize the discharge and transport of pollutants. (Title 5-Health <br /> and Sanitation, Division 10-Storm Water Management and Discharge Control) <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> i) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building Division <br /> of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. Contact the <br /> Solid Waste Division (468-3066)for information. <br /> ii) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control <br /> District (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of- <br /> mosquitoes. <br /> fmosquitoes. Best Management Practices (BMP) guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and <br /> wetlands are available. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff contact: Jeffrey Wong, [209]468-0335) <br /> a. Open, pump; and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 and <br /> 9-1110.4). <br /> Note: Septic Tank has been destroyed on April 26, 2018 under permit SR0079031. <br /> b. Adequate sanitary facility will be required if the number of employee increases(owner stated currently <br /> there are two employees, both being-family members.) <br /> c. Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator must report <br /> to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)which can be found at cers.calepa.ca.gov/ <br /> for the following: <br /> 1) Any amount of hazardous waste (for distribution centers this may include broken or damaged <br /> pallets (or individual containers) of hazardous materials, soaps, perfumes, cleaners, dyes, <br /> nicotine, over the counter medicines, or other household items packaged for sale that have been <br /> damaged; used oil, used oil filters, used oil-contaminated absorbent/debris, waste <br /> antifreeze, used batteries or other universal waste, etc.)—Hazardous Waste Program (Health & <br /> Safety Code(HSC) Sections 25404 &25180 et sec,) <br /> 2) Onsite treatment of hazardous waste— Hazardous Waste Treatment Tiered Permitting Program <br /> (HSC Sections 25404 & 25200 et sec. & California Code of Regulations (CCR)Title 22, Section <br /> 67450.0 et sec.) <br /> 3) Reportable quantities of hazardous materials-reportable quantities are 55 gallons or more of <br /> liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gases, with some <br /> exceptions. Carbon dioxide is a regulated substance and is required to be reported as a hazardous <br /> material if storing 1,200 cubic feet (137 pounds) or more onsite in San Joaquin County — <br /> Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program (HSC Sections 25508&25500 et sec.) <br />
