Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for this project found no <br /> potentially significant environmental impacts. Per the Conditions of Approval, the project <br /> must meet the noise ordinance requirements of 65 dB at the property line and have no <br /> more than 100 attendees at each marketing event. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed use will not interfere with nor alter the <br /> current land uses on adjacent properties. The properties surrounding the project site are <br /> zoned AG-40 and are being used for agricultural purposes with scattered residences. The <br /> nearest residence is located on the adjacent parcel to the north, 80 feet north of the winery <br /> operations.
