Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination report, <br /> identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land <br /> uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, including <br /> agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic <br /> systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 905.12). <br /> A review fee of$260 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> Note: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated June 24, 2015 and it has been <br /> approved. <br /> B. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of$260 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$130 per percolation hole is required. <br /> Note: <br /> The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental Health <br /> Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is suitable for septic <br /> system usage including a percolation test. <br />
