Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated July 6, 2006 was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating <br /> proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$190.00 must be paid at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> - <br /> 1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> MH:0 <br />
