Maximum wind velocities for applications of Restricted Materials unless_ <br /> otherwise covered by the label , law, regulation, other permit conditions <br /> or environmental conditions at the application site are : <br /> a. Spray - 12 m.p.h. <br /> b. Dust - 8 m.p.h. <br /> C . Pellets , granular or baits - 16 m. p.h. <br /> 2 . No pesticide application shall be made or continued when there is the <br /> likelihood of contaminating any persons , nontarget crops, animals or <br /> other public or private property. <br /> 3 . Unless specifically named as a dust on this permit NO DUST FORMULATIONS <br /> are allowed. <br /> 4 . Apply pesticides covered by SLN( s) and Section 18(s ) in conformance wityl <br /> the SLN( s) and Section 18( s ) . <br /> 5 . A flagger is required at the application site for all AIR applications - f <br /> zinc phosphide bait. <br />
