CERTIFICATION AND TRAINING <br /> Persons working as applicators or flaggers (except <br /> 1. After the application and irrigation in soils where puddling is known to occur, <br /> look for, and eliminate, puddles; or enough time must be allowed to ensure <br /> dissipation of puddles two hours prior to sunrise. <br /> 5. No daylight irrigation is to occur until the minimum gallonage is applied, or at <br /> least 21 days atter Furadan 4F application. <br /> o. A"certified trained" person shall be at the application site during the <br /> application and until the Flushing of the lines is completed. The"certified <br /> trained' person shall shut the system down and make necessary adjustments <br /> should the need arise. <br /> 7 Within 24-hours of the completion of the application and flushing,the <br /> pro.prty owner will survey the entire treated area for dead birds. Carcasses <br /> will be held under refrigeration and given to the agricultural commissioners <br /> office or disposed of as directed by the agricultural commissioner. <br />
