Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 6. The frontage improvements for Lone Tree Road shall be constructed in conformance with the,Rural <br /> Residential standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way. <br /> 7. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot,if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check,field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92- <br /> 814) <br /> 8.
