The purpose of <br /> this study was to determine the suitability of the property for <br /> septic tank usage . The study was conducted in accordance with <br /> the requirements of Section 9-10100 (c) of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinances . This study commenced on June 28 , 1991 and was <br /> concluded on July 20, 1991 . <br /> II PRESENT AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The area where the property is located is currently zoned AG 10 . <br /> Parcel 3 measures approximately 419 ' x 206 ' ( 1 . 9 Acre) . There <br /> is a modular home on this parcel and a metal building.
