f. The site shall be designed to contain the storm water runoff on the site and to prevent off-site <br /> sediment transport and contamination of ground water. <br /> g. The applicant shall file a Notice of Intent with State Water Resources Control Board to obtain <br /> coverage under the General Industrial Storm Water Permit. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Ted Tasiopoulos, 953-7698) <br /> a. The applicant is to prepare a manure management plan outlining the handling of all bird wastes and <br /> incorporate vector control measures (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Act, Chapter 4, Section 13260- <br /> 13263). A$196.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> b. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this squab raising operation are to be <br /> retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. Any complaints that are <br /> verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health Department hourly rate of$98.00 <br /> for response and correction, as per Board of Supervisors Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> 4.
