These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The applicant is to prepare a manure management pian outlining the handling of all <br /> bird(s) wastes and incorporating vector control measures. (Porter-Cologne Water <br /> Quality Act, Chapter 4, Section 13260-13263). A$196.00 plan check fee is required <br /> at time of submittal. <br /> i <br /> B. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this squab raising <br /> operation are to be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a <br /> health problem. Any complaints that are verified against this site will be charged the <br /> Environmental Health Department hourly rate of$98.00 for response and correction, <br /> as per the Board of Supervisor's Resolution B-92-1591. <br />
