The Oakdale Irrigation District's (OID) Sweet Pipeline and Lone Tree Creek are located on the project site, as shown on the enclosed project site map. The project site is currently listed as irrigable. The proposed lot line adjustment will create four (4) parcels of ten (10) acres or greater in size, which is the minimum allowable size required for c6hitinued irrigation under the enclosed OID Subdivision Parcel Map Policy. ILAbs,4aadowner wants to maintain the new project parcels as irrigable, certain conditions of the Subdivision Parcel Map Policy must be met, as listed below. If the landowner wants the project parcel to be declared non- irrigable, they may apply to OID for a Surface Water Irrigation Service Abandonment Agreement, to be approved by the Board of Directors. REQUIREMENTS-GENERAL 1. The District requires written, recorded easements for all of its facilities within the development area with the recorded instrument number noted on Parcel and Final (Subdivision) Maps. Both of the above-noted OID open-ditch facilities will require a sixty (60) foot wide easement, to be located at thirty (30) feet from each side of the centerline. The recorded Instrument Numbers from San Joaquin County shall be shown on the Final Map before OID will sign off on this project. 2. The District requires that its irrigation and drainage easements be clearly identified on recorded Parcel and Final (Subdivision) Maps. Any proposed easements due to relocation requests shall also be identified. 3. The District requires that existing irrigation pipelines, canals, ditches, structures, turnouts and drains on the created parcels (both District and Private) be shown on the Parcel and Tentative Subdivision Maps for review purposes. 4. The District requires full, unencumbered access, as determined solely by the District, to both sides of its facilities and will rehabilitate, at its cost, those facilities within its control that do not meet that standard.
