6. <br /> December 4, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06150A <br /> L This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Roger Lang and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)for the processing of a tentative map at San Joaquin County. <br /> This report is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and does not meet ASTM <br /> L E1527-00 or ASTM E1527-05. NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized use of <br /> this report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located 1 mile east of Escalon-Bellota Road. The property consists of a <br /> L rectangular, 67.5-acre parcel (APN 229-090-01). The address associated with the subject property <br /> parcel is 27272 East Lone Tree Road. One single-family residence, a storage structure, equipment <br /> storage and a bam are located near the center of the property. The remainder of the site is used for <br /> Lgrazing. <br /> According to the San Joss County Community Development Dep web site,' the subject <br /> L property is zoned AL 10, ted agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 1 acres. This zoning <br /> designation"is intended fo recognize and preserve areas that contain existing ncentrations of small- <br /> scale agricultural operations and dwellings." <br /> L Location maps of the subject property are attached to this reportas Appendix A hotogtaphs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. — <br /> V1.2 Proposed Development <br /> L Mr. Lang131ans to split the to four p <br /> n b cels.
