NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized use of this report. 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT 1.1 Description of Site The subject property is located 1 mile east of Escalon-Bellota Road. The property consists of a L rectangular, 67.5-acre parcel (APN 229-090-01). The address associated with the subject property parcel is 27272 East Lone Tree Road. One single-family residence, a storage structure, equipment storage and a bam are located near the center of the property. The remainder of the site is used for Lgrazing. According to the San Joss County Community Development Dep web site,' the subject L property is zoned AL 10, ted agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 1 acres. This zoning designation"is intended fo recognize and preserve areas that contain existing ncentrations of small- scale agricultural operations and dwellings."
