This would include pick up and delivery of items repaired or fabricated. <br /> All materials would be stored in and around shop building(#3). Materials would be <br /> steel and wood. <br /> All fabrication and repairs would be done in and around shop building(#3). <br /> Office building(#2) would be used to conduct business with customers. Driveway to <br /> office is asphalt. Right now it is configured to accommodate 3 parking spaces,but is <br /> large enough to re-configure into more if needed. There is an existing restroom in the <br /> office. There is a Porta-Potti (#10) for employees. <br /> Site is not subject to flooding and has natural drainage.
