A building permit will be required and the appropriate submittal documents prepared by a registered engineer or licensed architect shall be submitted for complete review and approval. ❑ The Building Division has reviewed the site plan and project description and has noted the following issues that must be addressed. OCCUPANCY: (classify proposed and existing) Proposed occupancy: Group aT�` Division Existing occupancy: Group U Division ❑ The proposed use will change the occupancy from a U occupancy to a _ /..c-L-— occupancy (UBC Section 3405).
