The proposed parcel split project contains a portion of two <br /> (2) Oakdale Irrigation District (OID) facilities; Lone Tree Creek, and the Chappel Pipeline, as shown on the <br /> enclosed project site map. The existing parcel irrigates from control structures on the Chappel Pipeline, located <br /> in the southwest comer of the project site. The parcel currently drains to Lone Tree Creek along the northerly <br /> property lines. The Miller Drain is located along the east property line of the project site which drains to Lone <br /> Tree Creek. <br /> Enclosed please find a copy of the recently revised OID Subdivision Parcel Map Policy for the applicant's review <br /> in complying with irrigation requirements for parcel splits. <br /> OID requests the following conditions of approval for this project: <br /> REQUIREMENTS-GENERAL <br /> 1. The District requires written, recorded easements for all of its facilities within the development area with the <br /> recorded instrument number noted on Parcel and Final(Subdivision) Maps. <br /> 2. The District requires that its irrigation and drainage easements be clearly identified on recorded Parcel and <br /> Final (Subdivision) Maps. Any proposed easements due to relocation requests shall also be identified. <br /> 3. The District requires that existing irrigation pipelines, canals, ditches, structures, turnouts and drains on the <br /> created parcels (both District and Private) be shown on the Parcel and Tentative Subdivision Maps for <br /> review purposes. <br /> 4. The District requires full, unencumbered access, as determined solely by the District, to both sides of its <br /> facilities and will rehabilitate, at its cost, those facilities within its control that do not meet that standard. <br /> This work shall be performed by the District after receipt of recorded easements. <br /> 5. Relocation of District facilities to the benefit of the development must be coordinated and approved by the <br /> District. The District will not allow District facilities to be installed within roadways.
