2. The historical water delivery point for the developed property will continue to <br /> be the point of diversion for the development. All existing points of delivery <br /> which do not meet current District standards shall be replaced at the expense <br /> of the Developer. <br /> 3. The historical water delivery volume for the developed property will not <br /> increase as a result of development. All points of delivery shall be <br /> measurable, as per District standards. <br /> 4. The historical water delivery point and flow volumes will be determined by the <br /> District. The District may, at its sole discretion, reduce the number of <br /> historical delivery points on any development. <br /> 5. Lands being developed which are currently using a District pipeline as a <br /> service line shall reconfigure the delivery of water to a single point of delivery <br /> compliant with existing District standards. <br /> 6. Parcels within the proposed development that continue to irrigate shall have <br /> water made available under one of three options; <br /> Option 1: An independent delivery system to each parcel. Each Parcel to be <br /> served by a single pipeline with its beginning at a cluster well or sump <br /> provided at the historical point of delivery. The District has standard plans <br /> available for this purpose. <br /> Option 2: A single pipeline that serves multiple properties with its beginning <br /> at the historical point of delivery. The District has standard plans available for <br /> this purpose. This Option is only available for developments operating under <br /> an Improvement District (Water Code §23600) arrangement with the OID. <br /> Option 3: As defined under Requirements-Irrigation, point No. 1. <br /> 7. Parcel Maps and Subdivisions that propose parcels less than ten (10) acres <br /> (gross) in size shall be approved by the Board of Directors with regards to <br /> water service requirements. Special measures may be required due to the <br /> demands of small parcels. These developments and their associated <br /> mitigated measures must be reviewed by District staff and approved by the <br /> Board of Directors. <br /> 8. If parcels created by a Parcel Map or Subdivision Map choose not to irrigate, <br /> the Developer may apply to the District for a Surface Water Irrigation Service <br /> Abandonment and Quitclaim Agreement, to be approved by the District <br /> Board of Directors. <br /> 9. California Water Code requirements will be enforced on each irrigated parcel <br /> to ensure the reasonable and beneficial uses of water. Parcels or lots within <br /> Revised September 2005 3 <br />
