April 20,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05022B <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is about <br /> 135 to 145 feet above mean sea level. The land grades gently to the northwest. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department,the Site is zoned AL-10, <br /> limited agriculture, This zoning designation "is intended to recognize <br /> and preserve areas that contain existing concentrations of small-scale agricultural operations and <br /> i dwellings."(www.co.san-joaquin.ca us, 2005). <br /> 60 <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> LOur office was provided with a preliminary map from Aspen Survey Company, showing the <br /> proposed development. The map shows the proposed division for the property,which will take the <br /> L current parcels and make three parcels.All of the Parcels will be about 10 acres in size.According to <br /> Mr. Green,personal communication April 11, 2005,a house will be put on the northern parcel, <br /> Parcel 1, for his daughter. <br /> L1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> LA site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2. <br /> 1.4 Site Map <br /> 1 <br /> {,.
