Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. ��—A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 31, 2005, was deemed incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval,an addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. NOTE: An addendum was submitted and approved on June 9,2005. B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map(San 1� 7 Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at U 111�� time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). 1 /D, Based on the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report findings, dated March 31, 2005 and its �kM\v/ + addendum dated June 6,2005,the oily substance referred to in the 15-gallon drum and the 5-gallon V container shall be properly disposed of by a licensed waste hauler. Prior to Parcel Map approval,the applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department appropriate documentation to determine the oily wastes have been properly removed. E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). F. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). �(� MH:cf � tqp- {� 10 �e o
