Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> ��—A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 31, 2005, was deemed incomplete. <br /> Prior to Parcel Map approval,an addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> NOTE: An addendum was submitted and approved on June 9,2005. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map(San <br /> 1� 7 Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at <br /> U 111�� time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> 1 /D, Based on the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report findings, dated March 31, 2005 and its <br /> �kM\v/ + addendum dated June 6,2005,the oily substance referred to in the 15-gallon drum and the 5-gallon <br /> V container shall be properly disposed of by a licensed waste hauler. Prior to Parcel Map approval,the <br /> applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department appropriate documentation to <br /> determine the oily wastes have been properly removed. <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability <br /> findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> F.
