Goats,a cow,a horse and bams were located to the northwest of this residence. <br /> Approximately five inoperable vehicles were located on the subject property. <br /> ` On the eastern portion of the property there were several piles of debris containing tires,metal,wood, <br /> and trash. Approximately five,55-gallon drums and approximately twenty,5-gallon buckets containing <br /> oil were located in one shed,with a concrete floor. Staining to the concrete floor was apparent <br /> i <br /> Another shed was full of wood, tires, and other materials. Outside this shed was approximately sixty <br /> automotive batteries. <br /> There was a large open structure which contained farm equipment and a shop. Staining was observed <br /> Lon the concrete floor. <br /> An open garage was located on the subject property. Staining was observed on the concrete floor. <br /> Approximately four agricultural chemical storage containers and four large automotive batteries were <br /> ` located in this garage. <br /> L To the west of this garage were four 1000-gallon above-ground storage tanks containing gasoline and <br /> red diesel fuel.Another 1000-gallon above-ground storage tank containing clear diesel was located north <br /> of the large open structure. No staining was observed near these tanks;however the ground appeared <br /> to have recently been covered with pea gravel,and the tanks are not located in a secondary confinement. <br /> Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north of the subject <br /> property was Lone Tree Road, residence with two above-ground storage tanks, approximately 500 <br /> gallons, and an open field. To the west was a residence, an open field and a canal. To the east was <br /> p Victory Road, then an open field.
