Mr. and Mrs. Schultz requested a follow up inspection and addendum to the original
report to reflect the cleanup and maintenance efforts that have since taken place at the
property. Based on discussions with Mr. Schultz and site observations the following was
reported:
The pile of old batteries which were located adjacent to the shed had been removed to
a recycler located in Stockton. The surrounding area was cleaned of debris and swept.
The ground beneath the former battery pile was a concrete pad, and therefore any
liquids that may have leaked from the batteries to the ground are not likely to have
impacted the soils beneath the slab.
The old vehicles were removed from the site.
The pile of tires were removed.
The drums and buckets of liquids where removed and any stains to the concrete floor
were cleaned.
The debris and trash that was on site was removed.
The area where the minor oil stain was located was cleaned. Soils were removed by
shovel and disposed of.
No additional concerns where noted during the site visit on August 17, 2006.
It has been a pleasure to be of service. If any additional questions arise, please contact
our office.
Sincerely,
Neil 0. Anderson and Associates, Inc.
,YIAi C`C1 D.RSS`
James D.
