LMay 18, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06045A <br /> This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Verne and Eleanor Schultz and the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD). This report is not equivalent to a Phase I <br /> Environmental Site Assessment and does not meet ASTM El 527-00. NOA specifically disclaims any <br /> responsibility for any unauthorized use of this report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located on the southwest comer of Victor Avenue and Lone Tree Road. The <br /> property is a rectangular, 22-acre parcel, APN 229-150-06 (31450 Lone Tree Road). The property <br /> Lconsists of agricultural land currently used to grow rice, two residences, and bam structures. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site; the subject <br /> Lproperty is zoned AL-10, limited agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 10 acres. This zoning <br /> L designation"is intended to recognize and preserve areas that contain existing concentrations of small- <br /> scale agricultural operations and dwellings." <br /> L Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> L 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> j A tentative parcel map showing the proposed parcel division was provided to NOA by Aspen Survey <br /> L Company;according to this map,the property is to be divided into one 10-acre parcel and one 12-acre <br /> parcel.
