pavement. Construction of the proposed project will include relocating a portion
of this existing line approximately 22 feet north toward the centerline of Northrup
Street. Building B will be served by connection to an existing 6" service in Longe
Street that is currently stubbed to the project site. Buildings D, E, F and the
remainder of Building C will be served by connection to an existing 10" stub at
the intersection of Longe Street and proposed Lockheed Street. The 10" line will
be extended to follow the alignment of Lockheed Street through the project with
individual services to each building. Building G will be served by connection to an
existing 8" service in CE Dixon Street that is currently stubbed to the project site.
All sewer lines utilized to service the proposed project ultimately flow to a City of
Stockton sewer main in Airport Way.
Storm Drain
Storm water runoff from Buildings A, B, C, D, E, and F will be conveyed via
gravity lines to an existing 54" stub at the intersection of Longe Street and
proposed Lockheed Street. The existing pipe will generally be extended to follow
the alignment of Lockheed Street through the project will branch runs, as
necessary, to serve buildings and associated parking areas. Runoff from Building
G will be conveyed via gravity lines to an existing 15" pipe in CE Dixon Street
that flows to a 48" main, which extends from the airport runways. The existing 15"
pipe will be increased to 24" to accommodate flows from the proposed project.
An alternative for Building G would include installation of pipe from the southwest
corner of the proposed project south to the existing 48" main. This alternative
would require coordination with adjacent leaseholders. All storm drain lines
utilized to service the proposed project ultimately flow to a pump station located
at Airport Way with discharge to a drainage canal that flows south parallel to
Airport Way. The pump station and canal are maintained by San Joaquin County.
Water
Water for the proposed project will be served by the City of Stockton. An
extensive network of water pipes currently exists within the proposed project
limits. However, a majority of the lines are abandoned or inactive. Thus,
construction of the proposed project will include removing and/or abandoning all
existing water lines within the project limits. Active water mains at the project
perimeter include a 10" main in Longe Street (with a 12" stub to the proposed
project), a 12" main in RA Bridgeford Street (with a 6" crossing to the proposed
project), a 6" main in Northrup Street and an 8" main in Lockheed Court. A 12"
water main will be installed in Lockheed Street from the existing 12" stub at
Longe Street to the existing 6" crossing at RA Bridgeford Street. An additional
12" main will be installed through the project site from Lockheed Street to the
existing 8" line in Lockheed Court. Domestic, fire and landscape services for the
proposed buildings will connect to the proposed 12" main and will be looped
within the project limits as necessary.
Statement of Conformity—Airmetro Business Park Page 3 of 4
