Loomis Rd. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> b. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system <br /> must be designed by a registered engineer. Applicant must <br /> file an application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the California Valley Region. The application forms can be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division. If the above <br /> ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would have <br /> to analyze the contents for any hazardous material. You can <br /> obtain specific test requirements from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant i <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> d. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a <br /> identification number and comply with applicable regulatic <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
