(DISTRICT 1). <br /> APPLICANT: Thomas and Lennie Manes APN: 179-110-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. In addition,the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, <br /> which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building <br /> 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250,telephone(415)923-7186. The reevaluation <br /> may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department <br /> of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Loomis Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3.
