Loomis Rd. , Stkn. <br /> USE: Site Approval <br /> CONDITION(S) : In the event that this application. is approved, it.,is <br /> requested that the;; following conditions be made a part of this approval: <br /> 1. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District. <br /> 2. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well ( s ) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Health District. <br /> 3 . Open, pump and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation <br /> under permit and inspection by the Health District. <br /> 4 . Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> 5 . Above ground fuel tanks must be approved by the Bureau of Fire Pre- <br /> vention, San Joaquin County. If underground fuel tanks are to be in- <br /> stalled, they must be permitted and approved by the Health District. <br /> 6 . Effluent from the sewage holding tank, if discharged to the sewer, <br /> must be permitted by the sewer district. If it is to be hauled off <br /> site, it must be hauled by a registered septage pumper to an approved <br /> disposal station. <br /> 7 .
