DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. a. An Improvement Plan, showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. Terminal drainage shall be required and permit from the State Reclamation Board for discharge into Duck Creek shall be obtained. No construction shall be allowed in Duck Creek right-of-way. b. Public water will be required in accordance with the adopted County Development Policies for Urban Centers with Incorporated Areas when it becomes available. A private well will be acceptable at this time. C. The new owners (applicant) shall sign an acknowledgement and notarized statement as required by the Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement recorded on October 9 , 1989, Instrument number 89093841.
