W. of State <br /> Route 99, S . of Stockton. <br /> APPLICANT : Gary & Marilyn Dilday APN : 179-100-4 , 5 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area . <br /> Loomis Avenue at this site has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 60 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan, showing drainage , driveway access <br /> details , on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading, shall be submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval . Terminal drainage shall be <br /> required and permit from the State Reclamation Board for <br /> discharge into Duck Creek shall be obtained. No construction <br /> shall be allowed in Duck Creek right-of-way . <br /> 2 . Public water will be required in accordance with the adopted <br /> County Development Policies for Urban Centers with <br /> Incorporated Areas when it become available . A private well <br /> will be acceptable at this time . <br /> 3 . The new owners (applicant ) shall sign an acknowledgment and <br /> notarized statement as required by the Deferred Frontage <br /> Improvement Agreement recorded on October 9 , 1989 , Instrument <br /> number 89093841 . <br /> 4 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way . <br />
