(Development Title Section <br /> 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> j) SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and <br /> be included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) <br /> feet from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe). (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> k) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> I) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> ii) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> iii) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at <br /> each entrance or visible from each space(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> iv) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> v) Provide one van parking space. <br /> vi) Provide engineered plans and upgrades for restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements(C.C.R., Title 24, Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> vii) Provide engineered plans for occupancy change and mechanical venting. <br /> 1) CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE The following California Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a <br /> building permit: <br /> i) Fire protection systems shall be installed according to the California Fire Code and the <br /> appropriate standards and guides adopted in the California Building Code and the <br /> California Electrical Code. <br /> ii) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with the California Fire Code, Section <br /> 906. <br /> iii) Fire flow and hydrants will be provide for the proposed project by the use of. <br /> (1) NFPA 1142 of the National Fire Code. <br /> iv) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 503.2 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs <br /> Association. <br /> v) Key Boxes:A Knox Box shall be installed according to the local fire department's <br /> instructions. <br /> vi) Fire Permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life <br /> or property C.F.C. 105.1.1. <br /> 2.
