(ALUC) and Congestion Management Agency(CMA), has reviewed a site approval application to <br /> LATHROP, add truck and trailer storage for 75 trucks and trailers to an existing non-conforming truck repair <br /> LODI. shop at 2973 East Loomis Road,Stockton(APN: 179-110-25). <br /> MANTECA, <br /> STOCK ON, CONGESTION MANAGEMENT AGENCY'S REVIEW <br /> TRACY, <br /> AND SJCOG adopted the 2016 Update to the Regional Congestion Management Program (RCMP) <br /> THE COUNTY OF (http://www.sicog-rcmp.org/ literature 231152/2016 RCMP Update Adopted Report) on <br /> SAN JOAQUIN March 24, 2016). Chapter 6 of the RCMP describes the updated Land Use Analysis Program, <br /> including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review/analysis requirements, analysis methods, impact significance <br /> criteria,and mitigation. <br /> This project does not meet the Tier 2 threshold; thus, no additional environmental <br /> documentation is requested at this time. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is located within Stockton Metropolitan Airport's Traffic Pattern Zone and is <br /> compatible with the 2016 Stockton Metropolitan Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) <br /> (http://www.sicog.org/DocumentCenter/View/1318). <br /> SJCOG would like to provide standards and project design conditions that complywith the Airport <br /> Land Use Compatibility Plan as a reference guide. <br /> 1. New land uses that may cause visual, electronic, or increased bird strike hazards to <br /> aircraft in flight shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area. Specific <br /> characteristics to be avoided include: <br /> a. Glare or distracting lights which could be mistaken for airport lights. Reflective <br /> materials are not permitted to be used in structures or signs (excluding traffic <br /> directing signs). <br /> b. Sources of dust, steam,or smoke which may impair pilot visibility. <br /> c. Sources of electrical interference with aircraft communications or navigation. <br /> No transmissions which would interfere with aircraft radio communications or <br />
