ti <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0800151 <br /> WSI Main Stone <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0800151 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on June 24, 2008,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on December 24, 2009, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Eva Page, 209-953-7854) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between three parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated April 24, 2008. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. PROPERTY LINE SETBACK: The proposed new property lines shall meet the minimum setback <br /> requirements from.any existing structures on Parcels 1 & 2 as defined in Development Title Section <br /> 9-610.2. <br /> d. LOT SIZE: Parcel 1 and 2 shall be a minimum of 40.00 acres in size.
