The site shall be designed to contain the storm water runoff on site and to prevent offsite sediment transport. <br /> Provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County Development Standards to <br /> prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto other properties. Retention <br /> basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 <br /> inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed <br /> contractor or licensed architect prior to release of Building Permit. As an alternative option, storm drainage <br /> water will allowed to go into a ditch provided that a will serve letter from the irrigation district is provided. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of Phase 1 building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 5. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of Phase 1 building permit application. The proposed project shall follow the practices in the County"Small Site Stormwater Management Plan." <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control District <br /> (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best <br /> Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
