Louise Ave., Manteca, California 95336 <br /> APN: 205-070-72 Complaint ID: CO 0025849 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) received and conducted a complaint <br /> investigation on February 6,2007 at the above referenced location. It was observed that an exposed leach <br /> line and sewage exists on the property. This is a violation of the following County Codes/Regulations: <br /> 1. San Joaquin County Development Title 9, Section 9-1110.9; it shall be unlawful to maintain or use <br /> any residence, place of business, or other building or place where persons reside, congregate, or are <br /> employed which is not provided with a means for the disposal of wastewater which complies with the <br /> requirements of this Chapter and the standards relating to wastewater disposal made and established <br /> by the Director of the Environmental Health Department. <br /> According to the California Health and Safety Code Sections 117415-117420, and San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title 9, Section 9-1110, this department has the authority to: issue an administrative order <br /> requiring the owner to take corrective action as necessary to abate a nuisance, cease and desist any <br /> improper action, and establish a time schedule according to which the site shall be brought into <br /> compliance. <br /> Within seven (7) days from the receipt of this notice obtain a permit to repair/replace the sewage <br /> disposal system. In addition, the sewaee system must be maintained (pumping septic tank if <br /> needed) to ensure that sewage will not surface until repair is completed.
