TOWER LIGHTS: For safety purposes, the communications tower shall be liq_hted according to the <br /> following: V <br /> (1) A red light shall be placed at or near the top of the tower. <br /> (2) A red light shall be placed at the vertical mid-point of the tower. <br /> (3) The lights shall operate twenty-four hours a day. <br /> (4) The lights shall conform to all lighting standards required by the Federal Aviation Administration. <br /> 2. PUBLIC WORKS DEPAFTMENT(Staff Contact: Michael Callahan, 468-3000) <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1145.5) <br /> c. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$194.70 per daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> d. A copy of the Final Sire Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> e. Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 3.
