PA-0500090 OF MANTECA UNIFIED <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT(C/O VERIZON WIRELESS) (APN: 198-110-03, <br /> 2901 E LOUISE AVENUE, MANTECA) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Use Permit application for an eighty <br /> foot tall wireless telecommunications monopole. (Use Type: Communication Services- <br /> Type ll) The monopole will be enclosed in a 1500 square foot fenced lease area that will <br /> also contain an equipment shelter and a generator. There are several large equipment <br /> storage buildings directly to the south of the project site. The majority of the 64 acre <br /> parcel is zoned AG-40. However, the project is in the southwest corner, which is in the <br /> Public Facilities (P-F) zone. The adjacent parcels to the west and south are in the City of <br /> Manteca. <br /> The project is located on the north side of E Louise Avenue, 1,500 feet west of S Airport <br /> Way, Manteca. <br /> The project is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on April 7, <br /> 2005. The Community Development Department has reviewed the Use Permit <br /> application and will be recommending that the Planning Commission approve the Use <br /> Permit application with the following Conditions of Approval based on the ability to make <br /> the required findings. <br /> Use Permit Application No. PA-0500090 was approved by the Planning Commission <br /> on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 <br /> months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and <br /> remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued <br /> and remain in force. <br />
