CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-89-60 <br /> LIBBEY-OWENS-FORD GLASS COMPANY <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required. <br /> 2 . The "Remainder" shall be designated as Parcel 2 . <br /> 3 . A 24-foot wide roadway dedication is required on Harlan Road <br /> along the frontage of Parcel 3. <br /> 4 . A 37-foot wide roadway dedication is required on Louise Avenue <br /> along the frontage of Parcels 1 . <br /> 5 . A 25-foot wide roadway dedication is required on Louise Avenue <br /> along the frontage of Parcel 2 (Remainder) . <br /> 6 . An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication shall be made for an <br /> 84-foot wide street along the east side of Parcel 1 and <br /> aligned with the 84-foot wide road reservation shown on Parcel <br /> Map Book 16, Page 43 . <br /> 7 . An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication shall be made for Harlan <br /> Road re-aligned to intersect the 84-foot wide Irrevocable <br /> Offer of Dedication required along east side of Parcel 1 , <br /> one-quarter mile south of Louise Avenue. <br /> 8 . For future development of any parcel public water, public <br /> sewer, and terminal drainage will be required. <br /> 9 . The Lathrop Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this subdivision. (The fee shall be $0 . 38/sq. ft. of building <br /> or $3 ,300/acre , whichever yields the larger fee . The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record) . <br /> 10 . Frontage improvements for Louise Avenue and Harlan Road shall <br /> be constructed along the frontage of Parcels 1 and 3 at the <br /> time a permit or other grant of approval for development is <br /> issued. <br />
