Sullivan , <br /> We are appealing the following items listed in your Revised , <br /> Amended , Amended Conditions of App>ioval dated September 6 , 1969 with <br /> regard to our Application No . MS-69-60 . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 8 . This iteral should be clarified to provide that the Lathrop <br /> Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee for the remainder parcel will only be <br /> assessed against the portion of the remainder which is developed in <br /> the future , and that no fee is due for the property which is already <br /> developed. <br /> 9 . This item should be clarified to provide that the frontage <br /> :improvements in each individual parcel will be constucted when a <br /> permit or other grant of approval is issued for that parcel . <br /> 10. This item should be clarified to provide that the frontage <br /> improvements along the remainder do not need to be constucted until. <br /> :after the gas service is relocated , which relocation will occur <br /> during planned shut down in 1992 , but in no event later than the end <br /> 117 o£ 19$3 . In addition , the frontage improvements should be funded by <br /> the Lathrop Traffic Impact. Mitigation Fee which is being assessed <br /> under item 6 above . <br /> €°URLIC HEALTH SEIRVURS , <br /> 1&2 These conditions should apply to numbered parcels other than <br /> parcel 2. <br /> MANTECA-LATHROP RURAL.
